Smugglers Beavers had a visit from Nightingle Dogs; they had great fun with the dogs and there was even a remote control doggie car. They did a wide game on the eld looking for letters, they then went inside for hot chocolate and cookies and tried to make words with the letters. They also had a science evening and nished the term with Christmas crafts and
a party. Voyagers Beavers had an evening designing computer games and presenting them to the ‘Dragons’ for their Digital Maker badge. They also had a nerf training camp evening which was great fun for all. They nished the term with a Christmas party!
Both Beaver colonies attended the District Beaver Christingle.
Oak and Ash Pack Cubs
attended their annual Christmas camp where they made advent calendars, mug trees, cushions, Christmas hedgehogs from books, Christmas cakes and lots more! They also had Christmas dinner on the Saturday night and played games. Both packs had lm nights and nished the term with a Christmas party.
Mallory Scouts visited the Wipeout Zone in Crawley where they had great fun jumping on the large in atables.
Scott Troop have been doing their digital technology badge.
Both troops joined together for the last night of term to have Christmas dinner.
All sections attended the pantomime at Redhill.
On January 10th Mallory Troop awarded Harry, Josh S, Jack, Elliot, Lewis and Nicholas their chief gold scout awards. This is the highest badge in scouts and
to receive this they have to have at least 6 activity badges and all
9 challenge badges completed. These involve camping, hiking, trying new activities, helping others and many more scouting skills. And they are now moving on to Explorers and new challenges.
