Hiring the Copthorne Parish Hub

The Parish Hub offers an ideal setting for parties and special dinners for any occasion.  It is also suitable for corporate events, meetings and training.

 Groups and clubs are also very welcome to hire the venue.  We currently have art clubs, a choir, Weight-Watchers and support groups using the hall.

 PARTIES, GROUPS & SPECIAL EVENTS – MAIN HALL

 The Parish Hub is a beautiful venue with flexible facilities which can accommodate a seating capacity of up to 120 guests at tables (240 without tables).  The Main Hall is fully equipped with audio-visual and WI-FI facilities, including an electric projector screen which is stored in the ceiling.

 There is a well-equipped,  5* rated commercial grade kitchen available for hire, suitable for catering large events along with crockery, cutlery and glassware.  Outside, there is a lovely patio area with seating if required.

 Tables and chairs can be pre-arranged for you.  Catering Services and a Licensed Bar can be recommended on request or by visiting www.copthorneparishhub.org

 CORPORATE BOOKINGS, GROUPS & TRAINING EVENTS – SOUTH ROOM, FIRST FLOOR

 The South Room lends itself to all manner of bookings but may be of particular interest to groups and corporate bookings.  The room is fully equipped with audio-visual and WI-FI facilities, including an electric projector screen which is stored in the ceiling.   There is full disabled access via a lift.

 The room holds a maximum of 54 delegates, with the option of up to 40 delegates seated at tables.  The tables and chairs can be set up in advance of your booking.

 There are tea and coffee facilities available via a vending machine, we can arrange for this to be pre-paid to ensure that delegates are not required to pay per cup.

 Corporate lunches can be supplied with both hot and cold options.  Ask for details.  Alternatively, there is a small kitchen which can be made available for a nominal charge should you wish to cater your own lunches.
